What is the rotation speed when inserting a long drill into the guide hole?
As a guideline, reduce the rotation speed to 500 rpm or less when inserting a long drill (regardless of whether it is carbide or high-speed) into the guide hole. If the drill itself is very long, such as the ADO-40D/50D series, it will swing even more, so in order to prevent the cutting edge from hitting the guide hole, move it to the front of the machining point at a reverse rotation of 500 revolutions per minute or less, and process it under the prescribed conditions.
