What is AE-VTFE-N?

This is a long shank type end mill with a thick blade (= a shape with a tool outer diameter larger than the shank diameter) that is suitable for deep standing walls and pocket machining of L/D = 5 or more in non-ferrous metals.

 

By changing the protruding length, various processing depths can be accommodated.

 

When machining side steps, axial cuts of up to 2D can be made at a time, and the end face of the shank side is R-shaped, so the generation of streaks on the finished surface can be suppressed.

 

In addition, the vibration isolation action of variable lead and unequal spacing improves machining efficiency and realizes high-precision machining.
