What is AE-ML-H?

I want to make the 60HRC mold processing more efficient.
It is an end mill that is ideal for reducing cycle time for side processing with high hardness steel.

 

What is AE-ML-H?

 

・Carbide end mill for high-hardness steel multiple flutes square type long type ( flute length = 4D).

・Stable machining of high-hardness steels up to 70HRC is possible with a groove unequal spacing that suppresses vibration, a web tapered structure with varying thickness from the cutting edge to the shank, and a DUROREY coating with high heat resistance & wear resistance and toughness.
