How to adjust the adjustable threaded round die (ROUND DIES)
The effective diameter of the ROUND DIES is adjusted by turning the adjusting screw.
In its factory condition, the external thread is adjusted near the center of the accuracy class 2.
Please consider that the guideline for turning the adjusting screw is within ± 1/4 turn. It can be used for applications such as under-size external thread processing where a plating coating thickness of about 5~10 μm is planned. When adjusting, please process it with a test material and inspect it with a screw ring gauge each time.
Please adjust it with a flathead screwdriver.
Turning the screw to the right → external thread it becomes thicker.
Turning the screw to the left → external thread it becomes thinner.
