If you have enough mechanical horsepower, you don't need Pilot hole . It is recommended to drill holes from a solid state.
When drilling after Pilot hole machining due to insufficient machine horsepower, etc., there is a risk that chips will connect and wrap around the tool, so please consider step machining.
