Use an inwater-soluble oil or a water-soluble oil with a concentration of 10% or more.

Make sure that the tap is appropriate for the material to be machined.
For materials that are easy to galling , such as SS400 and SUS, consider using a interrupted -type tap or thread mill.

Check if the cutting speed is appropriate.
