If the rigidity of the tool is good, won't the groove be narrower and the chip ejection will be worse?
If the tool is rigid, the thickness will be increased to some extent.
This will reduce the width of the groove ( chip pocket).
However, the stiffness of the tool can be increased not only by the thickness of the heart, but also by reducing the torsion angle of the groove.
As the groove becomes narrower, the discharge is improved by a unique groove shape and smoothing treatment.
