The processing of titanium alloy produces bellows-like chips 

In the case of titanium alloy processing, bellows-shaped chips are emitted.

This phenomenon is more likely to occur when the cutting data is too fast. Reduce the cutting speed or set the feed amount per revolution to 1.5%~2% of the drill diameter and check the chip condition.
