ADO-SUS drill blade chipping
After centering the 90-degree tip angle, which also serves as a chamfer, it is machined with an ADO-SUS drill, but the blade frequently chipping . How to improve that blade chipping ?
This is because the drill is hitting from the shoulder and not from the tip. It is preferable to do centering and chamfering separately.
Centering should be done with the tip angle of the ADO-SUS drill as much as possible, and chamfering should be done after the ADO-SUS drilling.
