A Tap Life Extension Measures

Despite the use of a fixed tapper in a machine with a synchronous feed mechanism, the A Tap is broken.

In such a case, Synchro Master is recommended.

If you are using a fixed Tupperware, even if the synchronous feed mechanism is working, there may be cases where the Tap is damaged due to load fluctuations during forward rotation to reversal.

The Synchro Master absorbs this load fluctuation with a very small float, which can significantly reduce the damage to the Tap .
