What is the difference between the concentration and dilution ratio of water-soluble cutting oil?
The magnification indicates "how much the undiluted solution has been diluted", and the concentration indicates "how much undiluted solution is in the diluted solution".
As an example, if 2 liters of undiluted solution is diluted with 100 liters of water, the magnification is 50 times and the concentration is 2%.
The relationship is that magnification = 100 / concentration and concentration = 100 / magnification.
Please refer to the quick reference table for dilution ratio and concentration.

2x | 1 | 1 | 2 | 50% |
3x | 1 | 2 | 3 | 33% |
4x | 1 | 3 | 4 | 25% |
5 times | 1 | 4 | 5 | 20% |
10x | 1 | 9 | 10 | 10% |
