The catalog condition table is an efficiency-oriented condition.
If you value more stable machining and tool life, we recommend the following adjustments.
・ Check the cutting conditions (rotation speed) of drills and taps from the bottom of the condition range in the catalog.
The amount of feed per rotation of the drill (mm/rev) is likely to affect the shape of the chips, so be careful not to lower it too much.
Depending on the material to be worked, a shape in which chips are broken up and easily discharged is preferable for drilling.
・For end mills and indexable tools, check the cutting speed and feed rate from 0.6~0.8 times the catalog value.
If there is no problem with processing, it is safe to raise the conditions from there to improve efficiency.
