Step (1) Access the web version of ThreadPro
Launch it in your browser.
 
 
Step (2) Set the language and region
On the initial screen of the web version of Thread Pro, select Asia/Pacific from the Language/Region screen.
This ensures that only tools with article names that are available in domestic distribution are displayed in the list.
(If you select a different place name, the tool selection field will also display those distributed in other countries.) )
 
Step (3) Enter the processing details
In ThreadPro, the first step is to enter the thread you want to machine.
After entering, click "Next" to display a list of tools that can be processed.

For each pitch of the screw to be machined, it is necessary to select chip .
 
Single point: Since one groove is processed one by one, the load is small but the processing time is long.
Not only the outer diameter but also the pitch can be shared to some extent by a single chip .
