Tapered thread inserts for pipes have a tapered side of the insert.

Therefore, depending on the arbitrary direction of the holder (used by right rotation or left rotation), the installation direction is only one side on one side.

In order to use both sides of the insert, both right-handed and left-handed holders are required.
