What is AE-HFE-H?

AE-HFE-H is a radius end mill composite R type for high-hardness steel, which enables high-speed and high-feed machining, especially in machining environments with long overhangs exceeding 5D.

The unique specification of connecting the two R's with straight gradient blades reduces the cutting force by reducing the cutting angle compared to the general radius specification. In addition, the relatively thin chip thickness makes it easier for cutting heat to be transferred to the chips, making it difficult for heat to remain on the cutting edge and workpiece.
