What is HY-BCC?
This is a carbide end mill dedicated to 45° back chamfering.
In general, "right-edge, right-handed, right-twisted" front/back tools tend to be "negative cutting" during the back chamfering process, and the finish surface tends to be inferior to that of the front side chamfer, such as galling and burr generation.
HY-BCC is a "right-edged left-hand twist" that specializes only in back chamfering, so it is a "positive cutting" that can fully utilize the sharpness during cutting, and the finished surface is improved.
In addition, the neck diameter is thinner than the blade diameter, so it has good accessibility, and even if it is a standing wall, it is effective in pulling sideways while avoiding interference and removing burrs and shifts that tend to occur when pull out through holes in drills and taps.
