PFB is an indexable type ball end mill for finishing.

The insert has a high ball-radius accuracy of ± 6 μm and a sharp spiral blade shape for a good machined surface and a long service life.

With a wide variety of specifications, it can be used for a wide range of workpiece materials such as general steel, cast iron, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal, high-hardness steel, and graphite.

In addition to the general-purpose "steel shank," the body specification is a "carbide shank" with excellent rigidity, and a "screw-in type" that can be detached only at the tip. In addition to ball-shaped inserts, this body has the potential to be used as a deformed tool for "barrel-shaped" inserts suitable for contour machining of gradient surfaces and "lens-type" inserts suitable for machining inclined and curved surfaces.
