・ If there is damage to the cardboard box / cushioning envelope and the product is also damaged after receiving / opening
Please ask the shipping company to pick up the cardboard box/cushioning envelope and the product when it arrives.
 
* If multiple items are bundled
・Please ask the shipping company to pick up the damaged product and the cardboard box/cushioning envelope.
・Please also contact the shipping source, Logis. (Please check the bottom of the page for contact information)
